Description:
Parker CHE 12 gauge SxS shotgun. Made in 1902 with correct 30" Titanic steel barrels this "C" grade is built on a #2 frame. Automatic ejectors. Double triggers.
Capped pistol grip stock with 14 7/8" LOP over the recoil pad and spacers with 1 9/16" DAC and 2 15/16" DAH. Matching splinter forearm.
The frame is engraved in what is called a Roundel style with a hunting dog on each side surrounded by a "round" border. This style was seen only during the early part of the beginning of 1900's. Quite desirable.
Some restoration of the bores and screws was done by Keith Kearcher and so noted in an article named "A New Orleans Survivor" from an issue of the Double Gun Journal.
