Up for sale is a classic Cold War-era Egyptian Hakim semi-automatic rifle, chambered in 7.92x57mm Mauser (8mm Mauser). This rifle is a licensed Egyptian production of the Swedish AG-42 Ljungman, adapted for the more powerful 8mm cartridge. Manufactured in 1960, this Hakim is an excellent example of Egypt’s mid-20th century military small arms development.

• Condition: Used – Good. The metal retains a mix of finish with honest wear. Stock shows handling marks and dings consistent with age but is solid and crack-free. The bore appears bright with visible rifling.
