SN: 2502151. Made in 1985, 7.62x51mm with a 21-inch barrel. All-matching commercial pre-ban semiautomatic FN FAL in overall excellent condition with original FN factory black enamel paint over phosphate finish across all the metal parts. There are a scratches at the rear end of the ejection port consistent with light use. The gas regulator & piston also show signs of having been fired, but not much apparently as only limited carbon build-up can be observed on both parts. Original black synthetic stock, pistol grip & handguards show some handling wear but are otherwise in very good condition. Bore is bright with strong visible rifling. This rifle was imported from Belgium by Steyr in Secaucus, NJ prior to the 1989 Import Ban, so it includes the noteworthy “sear gap” in front of the trigger guard & above the magazine release. Comes with one original factory 20-round magazine that presents a finish consistent with the gun’s finish. (DALLAS LOCATION)
