This is a Spanish Guardia Civil Mauser, chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Win equivalent). This rifle is a post-war conversion of a Spanish Model 1893/43 Mauser action, reconfigured to fire the modern NATO cartridge. It features a bolt-action design with classic Mauser roots, offering a robust and reliable shooting platform with Cold War-era history.
