Description:
This 52 Sporter is serial number 54276 and is in very nice condition. It retains virtually all of its original rust blue with only a few insignificant marks. The stock retains its original finish as well with a few dings and impressions scattered but nothing to call out. It was very well taken care of and I’d estimate the overall condition to be at least 95 %.Excellent bore! Flawless function. This gun came from an estate in the northeast and the original owner had Griffin & Howe install a side mount back in the 50s. It certainly looks like Griffin work! Take note in the pictures that a small piece of wood was removed to install the Lyman site. The side mount is very nicely done and functions as it should. The gun comes with the rings shown. $40 shipping
