"Serial No. 155824, made in 1899, .30-40 Krag, 30" round barrel. Bore is very good with frosting visible in the grooves, rifling remains strong. Barrel’s blue is thinning to a light brown/grey patina. Receiver is mostly a grey patina; factory markings remain sharp. Stock has a handsome 1898 cartouche visible. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
