WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 30-30 WCF LEVER ACTION CARBINE.
This carbine was manufactured in 1957 and is. and is in standard configuration with 22" full round barrel and tube magazine, blue finish, walnut stock with carbine butt plate & and matching forearm. It is equiped with standard open semi buckhorn rear sight and front blade sight.
CONDITION:
The overall condition of this rifle is good. All the metal is in good condition with some blue patina and some light corrosion from poor storage. Barrel legends are clear.. The screw heads on this carbine are in very good shape with little or no abuse. The stocks are somewhat flush to metal and has been lightly refinished at some point in its history. The stocks exhibit some discoloration due to storage and some scattered light dings & impressions from use. The bore is excellent with well defined and sharp rifling. The action is crisp and cycles well. Its a nice looking carbine that can be easily cleaned up and put to use out in the field or on the farm. These rifles make excellent truck guns..
