Scarce Import Norinco TT Olympia Pistole .22 Tgt Pistol
Offered here for sale and recently acquired is this interesting import from Norinco. The Norinco TT Olympia is a Chinese-made .22 LR semi-automatic target pistol, modeled after the German Walther Olympia M1936, which was renowned for its performance in the 1936 Berlin Olympics. Manufactured by China North Industries Corporation (Norinco) in the 1980s and 1990s, these pistols were imported into the U.S. during that period. This pistol is chambered for .22 Long Rifle, has a barrel lengthof 4.75 inches, is single-action, blowback-operated and has a 8-round magazine capacity. The grips are checkered walnut and the pistol weighs approx.. 28.9 oz. Blued steel finish. Fixed front and adjustable rear sights. Manual safety with a unique operation—position "F" is safe, and "S" is fire. The TT Olympia was noted for its high-quality construction and accuracy, often compared favorably to more expensive target pistols. It features a fixed barrel, internal hammer, and a distinctive open-top slide design. The pistol's design and performance have earned it a reputation among enthusiasts for its reliability and precision.This pistol retains nearly all of its finish, and has a serial number of 0387, it is likely a collectible item. It comes with one magazine and and is exclusive of any accessories including weights.L166.
