Synopsis: As New, High Standard, Supermatic Trophy 107 Pistol, Matching Box Description: This is a phenomenal High Standard, Supermatic Trophy, Model 107 Military, 22 LR, 7 1/4” fluted barrel, made in Hamden, Connecticut, as new in the original matching shipping box with a full complement of literature. Features include a Patridge front sight, bridge-mounted adjustable rear sight, usual recesses at muzzle for a brake, and four small screws under barrel to fill counterweight holes. Usual markings on barrel to include cal and address in Hamden, Connecticut. Trophy reference on left side of frame. Top of slide marked with the full SN that is repeated along with the model reference on the right side of the frame. Gold-filled writing and gold-plated small parts as standard for the Trophy pistols. Walnut checkered grips, the left panel having a thumb rest. Correct High Standard magazine with green follower, body marked for 5 and 10 shot capacity, and scarce red plastic floorplate. Complete with original matching shipping box and a full compliment of literature to include advertising, warranty, and part schematic. Condition: Pistol presents as ABSOLUTELY NEW excepting for the thin gold on trigger and safety that shows discoloration and flaking as typical for High Standard Trophy pistols, even when never shot. Comparable condition grips, with no oil discoloration and perfect screws, and magazine. Literature is as new. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. Crisp box, the lid having several superficial losses, likely from tape contact. An absolutely wonderful package, nearly impossible to improve upon short of finding another example with better gold-plated parts and a perfect box. ~~Insured shipping fee of $55; most packages shipped using FedEx 2nd Day.~~
