Description:
This is a Colt M16A1 Military issue non-functional RUBBER DUCK training and parade rifle. Features genuine M16 metal barrel, front sight, front sling swivel, and other components, all coated in rubber with resin construction. This rifle was manufactured by the Training Aids Support Organization at Fort Gordon in Georgia out of decommissioned M16s from the 60's. With a 38 1/2" over-all length it simulates the size & weight of Colt M16A1 rifle. Left side of buttstock marked "TASO-FG / D - 9 - 1109" & Right side marked "DVC - T7 - 83". This example is in good+ condition, many signs of use in the field with dust from storage. This comes with a USGI sling.
