Description:
22 inch round nickel steel tapered barrel and 3 shot half length mag tube. 45-70 caliber with a bright shiny excellent bore. Sights include a beaded Lyman blade front and a sporting rear. Barrel retains most all thinning blue. Receiver shows some wear but still retains about 85% blue. Nice crisp action. Wood is in good condition with added finish. Left side of stock has hand carved initials "W. C.G." Hard rubber butt plate. Original sling swivels as well as a good quality leather sling. Made in 1911.
