This Rigby / Thomas Shellhammer Custom rifle built on a 1903 Webley falling block in .25 Krag, with 26' barrel remains in excellent overall condition. It features Tom Shellhamers excellent stock work with his suberp checkering and finishing, and neidner buttplate and ebony forend tip. There is a small crack at the toe of the stock.The barreled action retains pretty much all of its color case hardening and bluing. There is some old oil that has congealed and turned to shellac on some metal surfaces from the rifle sitting in a collection for a extented period, this should clean up without too much bother, ( i was able to gently remove some of it using clp and a cotton rag).
