William Powell & Sons Best Quaility SLE, made iin 1897, Replacement English Barrels, Made in 1956 with dolls head extenson. Deeley Ejectors work properly, E. Chilton locks in excellent condition, Twin triggers working fine. 28" brrels, smooth concave rib, 2 1/2" chambers. Bore .729 both barrels, Minimum walls .027, chokes left barrel .012, right barrel .005. Perfect bores, barrel blue 95%+. No case colors remain, All screws excellent, full coverage Rose & Scroll engraving all sharp. Stock & Forearm 90% +. Checkering very good. 1 3/8 x 2 3/8 x 15 1/4" nuetal cast to checkered Butt. Inletting excellent, NO oil soak. 6 lbs-7oz, perfect balance. Serial Number 10413. Period correct William Powell case with origianl Case Label and shot charge. Has brass corners. Hinges are in excellant condition. All stitching is solid, Has new English made straps. Exterior leather is very good for age, No tears, Has new relined interior with Antique William Powell Snap Caps, Oil bottle and Ebony 2 piece cleaning rod. Has spare strikers in horn canister, fitted horn turnscrew for looks Ebony antique chamber brush, Serial Number 10116
