Description:
Special order 26 inch half octagon tapered barrel and half length magazine tube on a Takedown frame. Good bore that shows visible rifling and light roughness throughout. Sights include a Marble No.5 beaded blade front and sporting rear with a folding tang. Barrel retains about 30-40% thinning original blue. Receiver is mostly a grey color. Wood is in very good condition with a coat of added varnish and worn checkering on the pistolgrip and forearm. Hard rubber shotgun buttplate. Made in 1909.
