Bear Arms Promotions is extremely excited to offer up this fantastic Winchester Pre-64 Model 70 Featherweight in 30-06. This is a nice honest Pre-64 Model 70 with a Weaver K6 scope mounted. The rifle has a 22" barrel with the hood front sight and the original flip up rear sight. The later Pre-64 Model 70 rifles came with a black plastic butt plate. The bolt has a matching serial number to the gun as well as the barrel. The bluing is very good with wear in normal areas like the muzzle and bolt face. The checkered stock and forearm are crisp with some handling marks throughout but no cracks. Here is a fine example of a good honest hunting rifle with character. Made in the USA back in 1962.
