Offered here for sale is this newly acquired classic Glock Model 17 9MM auto pistol. This pistol was made with an aluminum slide and matte grey finish (which we seldom encounter and is quite attractive), 4.49-inch barrel, and two magazines—and with the serial number RXK589, it's likely a Gen 3 Glockwith a production period around 2006 to 2007.
Slide Design: Gen 3 Glocks typically have a smooth, rounded trigger guard, and the slide lacks the finger grooves found in Gen 4 and Gen 5 models.? Magazine Release: The Gen 3 model includes a smaller, reversible magazine release button, differing from the larger, ambidextrous release found in Gen 4. The pistol appears to show only light use with the matte grey finish on aluminum slide with just a bit of “toning” which we have not touched. Barrel Length: The 4.49-inch barrel is standard for the Glock 17, providing a balance between accuracy and concealability.?
