Description:
M-1 Garand op rod-SA-9-flat-unmodified. This rod was used from about serial #3,450,000 to the end of the war. It has NOT been modfied. This is a rod I picked up in the 1960s. This is an original rod not an aftermarket. It has a mint tip and original finish as rods reconditioned had the cut modification made. Rod was on a weapon at some point as there are very light usage marks on the back of the barrel channel and the bolt lug. (see pictures).
