Browning Model 1886 Lever Action Rifle
This Browning 1886 was manufactured in 1986 by Miroku.. It is chambered in 45-70 and has a blue 26" full octagon barrel and full magazine tube. It has standard walnut stock, crescent buttplate and semi-buckhorn rear barrel sight. It has been equipped with an aftermarket Vernier tang sight and Globe front sight.
Condition:
The overall condition of this rifle is excellent. The original blue finish on the metal is in fine condition only showing some slight edge wear from handling. The bore is in excellent condition bright with strong rifling. The walnut stocks are also in excellent condition and exhibit dings, dents, and scratches from use. There are some dents on the come of the stock from folding the Vernier sight down. The rifle has its original semi-buckhorn rear sight. In addition, it has an aftermarket Vernier tang sight and a globe front sight installed. This rifle is set up for long distance shooting.
