Description:
28 inch octagon barrel and full length magazine show about 95% original blue. Bright shiny excellent bore with strong rifling. Sights include a Globe front with a Half Buckhorn Sporting rear and a Mid-range vernier peep on the tang. Receiver shows about 90% finish with signs of a very light cleaning. Hammer and lever show nearly all the rich case colors. Crescent rifle butt. Walnut stocks are excellent showing near all original finish with only very light handling marks. Manufactured in 1896. This gun is excellent overall showing very little use.
