This J C Higgins Model 50, made in Belgium for Sears and Roebuck, features a FN Mauser action.It is chambered in .30-06.
This oil-finished stock is in excellent shape with no chips, scratches, or gouges. Bluing is in very good condition with minor gun rack marks on the barrel. Bore of this rifle is crisp and shiny. Scope mounts included. No surprises on this rifle.
