This pair is shaped from natural bone, revealing one-of-a-kind grain patterns and character marks that nature alone can create. The result is a look that closely resembles ivory, polished to a high gloss and will develop a warm Ivory like patina over time.
Though pictured on a first-generation Colt, these grips are tailored to fit both first and second-generation Colt Single Action Army revolvers. As with all organic materials, no two sets are alike—expect the occasional stress line, subtle density shift, or minor porous spot, adding to their authenticity. While not as heavy as true ivory, these grips are strong and stable.
