"Collector grade" 1977 Savage Model 311 Series H SxS 410 bore shotgun (serial # C438893) with 26" barrels choked full & full remaining in unfired, near mint condition. This would make for an excellent carry all day, light recoiling turkey gun by using the new Federal TSS (tungsten super shot) heavyweight #9 shot in 3" shells capable of rolling a gobbler at 40 yards plus. Leave your father's 3 1/2" or 3" retina jarring, shoulder bruising, heavy 12 gauge at home and enjoy turkey hunting again. Load a conventional 410 shotshell in one barrel for shots 25 yards and closer. And the second barrel with Federal TSS #9 shot for those longer shots. This little side by side weighs in at a light 6 lb 3 oz and has a LOP of 14 1/4" to the front trigger, 13 1/2" to the rear trigger with a DAH of 2 3/4". Check out the "you tube" videos of the 410 shooting the Federal TSS turkey ammo.
