Cost for shipping a handgun is $45.00” Description: The Rifle No. 5 Mk I, commonly referred to as the "jungle carbine" for its use in jungle warfare throughout Asia, was a bolt action carbine derivative of the British Lee–Enfield No. 4 Mk I. It was developed for jungle fighting experiences in the WWII Pacific War. Made by ROF Fazakerley SN P 4203. Rear adjustable and front fixed blade sight. Mounted with a very good Straight Shooter leather sling. Matching serial number on the receiver and bolt. Must ship to a C&R or FFL. Condition: Good with scratches, refinished wood, and moderate wear shiny bore. The British No. 5 Lee Enfield, has a somewhat similar action as found on the No.4 Enfield. However, it is shorter and has a different stock with a rubber buttstock pad and its barrel has a cone shaped conical flash eliminator. Unlike a No. 4 series Lee Enfield, the Jungle Carbine action has reductions in the heft of the receiver and bolt to lighten the weight of the carbine. A Jungle Carbine weighs approximately 7 pounds 1 once, in contrast a full size No. 4 Lee Enfield British rifle weighs approximately 8 pounds 11 onces.
