"8 3/8" inch blade and 15 5/8" in total length with the sheath on. This is a excellent condition 1883 patter Japanese Naval dagger. The blade is in near perfect polish. The sheath is excellent. The guard is near perfect. There is one small strand of the brass wrap that is starting to Frey near the menuki. Very fine example.
