Nice condition Winchester model 94, Saddle Ring Carbine chambered in 30-30 Winchester. The serial number indicates a manufacture date of 1965.
This model features case colored receiver with basic scroll engraving. Gold plate saddle Ring and loading gate show some wear and tarnish from age. The bluing is very good, 90%+, the wood is also around 90% with some imperfections in the finish and a few scratches (see images). The bore is in good condition with strong rifling (bore condition reflects the outward appearance of the rifle). Overall, the minor wear and handling marks appear to be from age and storage mostly. It doesn‚‚t appear to have been fired much. Serial # 2856xxx.
