For your consideration, the MAS Mod 45 Trainer bolt-action rifle chambered in .22 LR. The Mod 48 was initially built by Mauser after then end of World War II for the French army as a training rifle, after 1946 the production was moved to France and would be stamped with the MAS logo. This model has a parkerized finish and was made sometime near the end of production which ceased around 1965. .22 Long Rifle
