Winchester Cartridge Board. A total of 86 Original Winchester Cartridges – Headstamped “W.R.A. Co.” Encased in liquid glass. The cartridges are from 1871 to 1928.
The center piece is a WRA 3- Guage Brass Shotshell

The board was acquired from the salvage contractor for Winchester
Winchester since the early 1980's had hired an outside contractor to demolish buildings on the
Winchester campus to reduce thir property tax bills.
The contactor receeived no money for his work fromWinchester.
Winchester allowed them to take nything that was found in the buildings.
They had to adhere to 2 things. Any rceivers found had to be sliceeed in half.
Any barrels had to be cut in half.. When you see any Winchester engraved Commeritive receivers sliced in half,
these were created by the salavage contractor.
