I offer a non firing, non disassembly three day inspection return policy. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost both ways and also the return transfer fee from my FFL dealer as I am not an FFL dealer and the return has to be shipped back to him.

Description:
For sale are two Marlin Model 90's , single triggers, with consecutive serial numbers ! They are both 12 gauge with 28" tubes . They both have the Marlin Bulls Eye in the stock and original Marlin butt pads which are showing there age . One is Full/Mod and the other is Mod/ IC. The first one is in very good condition. The wood is excellent.The blue is in good shape but has light scuff marks on either side of the receiver and someone has etched there SS# ?? on the bottom of the receiver, this shows up more in the picture than in person. The bores are shinny and it locks up tight. See images 1 to 10 for this shotgun. The second one has seen more use .The wood has several handling marks and the blue is getting a brown patina . The top tube is shinny and the bottom one shows some very light pitting. It locks up tight .The worst part is the safety in not working on this one. It slides back and forth but is not hooked up . Therefore I am selling this one, " As is needs work ", to fix the safety. Please see images 11 to 20 for this shotgun.
