Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a Loewe Berlin manufactured 1895 Chilean mauser chambered in .308 Winchester. This gun is in great condition for its age, action is smooth, minimal wear on finish and a very good rifling. This gun is a Loewe Berlin all Loewe Berlin Mausers are antiques so this does not require a ffl and can be shipped directly to you. Thanks for looking!
