A satin silver finished stainless steel slide and frame resist corrosion from carrying the pistol in a holster daily, or exposure to the elements. Front and rear cocking serrations facilitate loading and clearing the weapon. An extended beavertail grip safety protects the hammer when carrying the weapon cocked and locked, while minimizing hammer-bite to theof the shooter‚‚s hand while firing. Low-profile sights interfere minimally when drawing or holstering the weapon, and the fiber optic front sight is easy to pick up in varied light conditions.
