Description:
L C Smith Specialty Grade 20 gauge SxS shotgun. Made in 1927 this gun has 26” barrels, 2 ¾” chambers, .615” bore diameters, Cyl/Cyl chokes.
Straight grip stock was crafted from a fine piece of nicely grained dark Walnut and checkered in the wrap-around Specialty Grade checkering. LOP is 14 3/8” over the factory butt plate. Drop at comb is 1 9/16” and drop at heel is 2 ¾” with neutral cast. Few dings in the stock but good solid finishes. Splinter forearm.
Barrel blue is 97%. Case colors are 60% with some light pitting on the bottom of the action. Trigger guard blue is excellent.
