Smith & Wesson model 18-7 .22 lr "Combat Masterpiece" revolver. In essence the model 18 is the 4" barrel version of the famous "K-22" revolver that was introduced over 70 years ago!
This one is 98%+, with just a couple of light scratches on the bottom of the grip frame (see photo) otherwise it is like new in the orginal case with all paperwork, keys and spent casing.
