"Serial No. 63591, circa 1867, .50-70, 22" 3 groove round barrel. Barrel is a brown patina with “Model 1865" visible forward of the receiver. Breech and receiver is a grey patina mixed with a light brown color. Traces of original blue are noted in protected areas. Stock shows light impression marks and remains in overall good condition. Action functions correctly.
