"Serial No. 2894832, made in March of 1944, .30 carbine, 18" round barrel marked “UNDERWOOD/12-42/Flaming Bomb" Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling visible. Barrel band bayonet lug is marked “AI". Safety has been upgraded to flip style. Rear sight is marked I.R.C.O./7160060" Low wood “Pot Belly" stock is in excellent condition with minimal handling wear noted. Action is smooth and functions. Carbine comes with oiler, sling and magazine pouch dated 1943.
