Description:
On consignment we have a Custom Winchester Pre-64 Model 70 bolt action rifle in .270 Winchester. This rifle is a 1947 transitional model in a custom walnut stock with fluer-de-lis checkering, steel gripcap, and Decelerator recoil pad 13.5" LOP. There is some bluing wear on the gun, most notably on the floorplate. Bore is excellent. Stock has left-handed cheekpiece, but is cast neutral. Includes Leupold 3-9 variable scope in Redfield mounts. Serial number is 70989.
