Beautiful, Remington Rider Repeater Pistol, Original FACTORY SCROLL ENGRAVED, Mother-of-Pearl Grips, in presentation case with five rounds of .32 RF ammunition.
Description:
Standard configuration Remington Rider pistol that was patented in 1871, this example nickeled with extensive factory scroll engraving, to include backstrap, and fitted with smooth mother-of-pearl panels. Shallow half moon front sight with two line address/patent reference on rib. Color case hardened cocking lever and hammer. Complete in black, leather bound presentation case, paired rotating closure latches, compartmentalized for pistol and five rounds of ammunition that are present.
Condition:
VG+ original nickel with sharp edge wear and minor flaking most noticeable on forward frame and butt. VG+ bore. Perfect manual mechanics. Comparable condition case with expected scuffs and minor losses as carefully photographed. A great, no excuse, factory engraved Remington Rider repeater pistol, even better in its presentation case with original ammunition. ANTIQUE.
