Here we have a Vetterli Model 1869/71 chambered in .41 Swiss Rimfire (10.4x42R). This gun features a 33" barrel, weighs about 10.25 lbs, rifling is a 4 groove, RH twist, 1 in 26", a sight calibrated from 200 to 1,000 meters, can hold 12 rounds (11 round tubular magazine +1 in the cartridge elevator), and has has the loading gate cover removed. Mnaufactured in 1869-1874 by W. von Steiger, Thun (total 15,200 produced), this gun is in good condition. All the numbers on the gun match except for the bolt. The stock has a few imperfections but is in 90% +/- condition. The barrel and reciever are in 90% +/- condition. The bore is in Mint Condition (95% +)! Please call with questions before purchasing.
