Serial #20,517, all matching numbers. Only 1,000 purchased from the Navy in 1862. All original & complete. The scarce revolver has very good metal and markings throughout. It also has nice edges. It has a clear "1861 Remington Address" on the top of the barrel along with a "Navy Anchor" stamped right before the frame. The entire revolver has a very untouched & natural dark patina throughout it. All screws are very good. The brass trigger guard is untouched with a mellow color to it. The original grips are very good throughout with a nice grain & color to them. The revolver has a good bore and very tight action.
