Remington 870LW Wingmaster in .410
Description:
This is a very nice looking Remington 870 LW (Light Weight) Wingmaster in .410 with full choke. The slide action/pump shotgun is fitted with a 25 inch vent barrel (fixed FULL choke), checkered walnut stock and forearm, pistol grip stock with a black plastic Remington cap. It is in very good condition, retaining all of its original finishes with only some minor handling marks. There are two dents on the right side of stock (see pictures)

Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “Remington” followed by a target and “Wingmaster / MODEL 870LW / W248458H”. The left side of the barrel is marked “*410 GA. FOR 3 IN. PLASTIC SHELLS”, “FULL”, and is also marked with an inspection mark followed by “6 OY F” next to the receiver. The right side of the barrel is marked “REMINGTON ARMS CO., INC. / ILION, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A.” and has magnaflux, proof, and test marks next to the receiver.

Choke: Fixed Full
Sights: The front sight is a bright bead set on the ventilated rib at the muzzle. The top of the receiver and rib are serrated for glare reduction.
Stock Configuration: The stocks are press checkered wood with fleur-di-lis accents, finger groove forend, capped pistol grip, and the buttstock has a fluted straight comb. There are a few scuffs, dents on right side of stock (see pictures) and light compressions The checkering is strong. The stock rates in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is clean with some light fouling that should be removed upon patient cleaning.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 95% of its current metal finish. The pins are unmarred. The markings are strong. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Fine condition.
