We are offering an Original not reproduction set of Cleaning Rods for Winchester 1866 and 1873 Carbines which utilized the 3 Pc.8" cleaning rods.As seen in my photos the Brass end {EARLY}has two Horizontal strike marks which would have been for 44 Rimfire Ammo.However these are proper for carbine center fire 44-40 or 44 rim fire,unlike the rifle which had a 4 Pc.rod set and slightly shorter.Please see all my photos and ask any questions you mave have.Free Insured for value Shipping if within the lower 48 States
