Colt Model 1911 Military pistol fitted with an unstamped 5 inch parkerized finished barrel, full checkered brown plastic grips, flat main spring housing with lanyard ring/loop, checkered wide hammer spur, "MODEL OF 1911. U.S. ARMY" stamped on the right side of the slide, "PATENTED APR. 20, 1897. SEPT. 9, 1902 DEC. 19, 1905 FEB. 14, 1911. AUG.19, 1913" and "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO HARTFORD, CT. U.S.A" stamped on the left side of the slide, "A A" stamped on the left side of the frame just forward of the slide stop, "UNITED STATES PROPERTY & the serial number stamped on thre right side of the frame above the trigger, is parkerized finished, and chambered in .45 ACP.. This 1919 vintage is in excellent refinished condition, retaining 90% of its refinish. The grips fit very well and are in excellent condition, showing little wear. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and the action functions perfectly. Comes with (3) 7-round magazines (1 is stamped with an "L" on top of the floor-plate, 1 is stamped "R" on the top & "C-R" on the bottom of the floor-plate, 1 is stamped "19200-ASSY 5508694 MFR, 1M291" on the bottom of the floor-plate.
