This is a pristine, all original, untouched and rare Parker GHE 16-gauge Skeet gun, one of the rarest Parker guns with only 28 such guns on record.  The Parker Gun Collector Association’s letter documents this gun exactly as shown and labels the gun a “GHE Skeet Grade 16 gauge” (the letter is included with your purchase and in the photos).  We also included a photo of a table in “The Parker Story” that shows there were only 28 such guns made.   From a collector/investor perspective, this gun has it all…high original condition, rare options and configuration, desirable features, and solid documentation that makes this a no compromise, no excuse Parker Skeet gun.  The barrels retain 99% factory blue, mirror shiny bores, clear and crisp barrel matting and stampings, double ivory beads, and they are tight on the breech face.  The barrel flats are stamped “Skeet In/Skeet Out”.  The action retains 93% vivid factory case color, engraving that is still sharp to the touch, perfect screws, Parker single selective trigger, well-timed ejectors, all mechanicals working as designed.  The wood is well figured, with factory beavertail forend, near perfect checkering, excellent factory original finish with only a few light handling marks.  It even has the rare and desirable factory checkered butt.  OF THE 28 PARKER GHE 16 GAUGE SKEET GUNS MADE LIKE THIS ONE, THERE CAN’T BE BUT ONE OR TWO THAT REMAIN IN THIS HIGH ORIGINAL FACTORY, UNALTERED CONDITION.  It will only be more valuable each year that passes, as long as it is well cared for.  This gun is not restored in any way, just an amazing find.  We have priced the gun to sell.  You won’t have another chance to improve your Parker collection with a gun like this in a lifetime, so don’t hesitate or she will be gone.  A very able skeet and upland gun, it is ready for a new home.  See specifications below.  Thanks for looking!
