"NSN, circa 19th century, .57 caliber, 46" round barrel decorated with gold damascening. This is also seen on the two side plates. Barrel is secured with 4 loops. Stock is dark with light impression visible throughout its length. Action functions correctly, musket is 66 ½" in overall length. This highly decorative gun was made more than likely for a Maharaja, a beautiful museum quality piece.
