Description:
This is an excellent condition pre-WW1 37mm U.M.C. Co. 3-1898 Artillery Shell. The brass case of the round has some imperfection from time and handling with a nice patina. The head-stamp is marked U.M.C. Co. Bridgeport Conn USA 3-98, the projectile is mark with G.R.S. Anchor and a star with a S in it. This comes apart and in INERT and safe to have. Check local laws. This will fit into many collectors categories.
