Webley Mark IV Service revolver, .455 caliber. This has the 6″ barrel marked Army & Navy CSL, and checkered horn grips. The included Milner research letter indicates that this was sold to L.Boltun Esq in 1902. No info is included otherwise. This has all matching numbers, about 65% blue and the bore is VG-VG+.
