I have shot this carbine on several occasions using my hand loads of 25 gns. of IMR 4198 and 350 gn. bullet.  It shoots just fine.
Firearm is an antique and can be shipped directly to you.
The most interesting thing of this firearm is that it was issued to Constable Micheal Moriarty in 1932. On April 26 1935, Constable Moriarty was shot and killed in the line of duty. Moriarty Road on RCMP Heritage Center in Regina SA. is named in his honor. Likewise he is listed on their Honour Roll #55.  See D. Klancher letters.
