Description:
Offered for sale - Smith & Wesson - No Model listed - a six shot revolver chambered in .38 S&W Special with a 4 inch barrel. The firearm has been modified and rebuilt by Parker Hale in England. The cylinder does have Birmingham proof that may indicate the firearm has been modified to .38 Special (do not have gunsmith documentation of that modification). The front ramped sight is stamped "Parker Hale - England". The grips are not original and a lanyard loop has been added to the firearm. Based upon the serial number the age of the firearm is pre WWII. The overall condition of the firearm is good - simply because of the age of the firearm. There are visible wear marks and scratches on the firearm, however the cylinder timing is correct with no play in the cylinder. .38 S&W Special
