Shipped in 1931 per the factory letter w present bead front and adjustable rear sight, engraved by a master engraver for a wealthy client in CA, satin rust blued and fired sparingly, then put away for nearly a century! Exquisite double line scroll engraving with punch dot background typical of early Colt guns. Checkered backstrap and trigger. Near perfect finishes, a nick or two on the frame, a tiny chip of wood, silvering at the muzzle are the only apologies. A tactile and visual delight.
