This hand gun has some marks on signs of wear from age and use as pictured. Most of the marks are on the left side of the slide near the muzzle and some dings on the top of the slide near the hammer. The Serial number is 2476 and dates to 1912 on colts . This handgun functions as it should and mechanically is in good shape. The magazine has the 2 tone and lanyard loop. The handgun was sent to RIA at some point to be rebuilt and has a RIA stamp on the right side near the trigger. The slide on the right side is stamped \"MODEL OF 1911.U.S.ARMY\". The right side of the slide is marked \"PATENTED APR.20.1897. SEPT.9.1902 DEC.19.1905 FEB.14.1911 AUG.19.1913 COLT‚‚S PT.F.A.MFG.CO HARTFORD, CT.U.S.A\". The right side of the frame is marked \" NO 2476 RIA\". Left side of the frame is marked \"UNITED STATES PROPERTY\
