A heritage true pair of Stephen Grant 28 bore side lever pinless sidelock ejector guns with 28” chopper lump barrels. Both guns are choked full and full. 15 ½” length of pull over checkered butts.

Prince of Wales stock with horn grip cap, double triggers on a square bar action, Holland & Holland style self-opening mechanism, auto-safety, plain game rib with a single brass front bead, side lever on the right side, gold inlaid “SAFE” ahead of the small button style safety catch, gold inlaid “1” and “2” on barrels, top strap, and forend iron tip, gold inlaid maker’s name on both sides and serial number on bottom strap, gold lined cocking indicators, vacant gold ovals, drop points, double rolled edge trigger guard, and Anson push button forend release. The guns are housed in a double oak and leather case with an outer canvas case cover, snap caps, striker pot, oil bottle, ebony cleaning rods, chamber brush, key, jag, brass brush, and a mop. The guns were proofed in London in 2009 with 2 3/4" chambers.

Engraved and signed by David and Brad Tallet with fine scroll and single cameo game scene on each lock plate. Gun 1 depicts a ring-necked pheasant and grey partridge while gun 2 depicts woodcock and red grouse. Carved fluted fences. Silver finish action and furniture. Exhibition grade walnut stocks with wood and checkering in as new condition. Pristine bores and bluing on barrels. This pair of guns remains in as new condition.
